Shipping policy
At MYRO, we are committed to delivering your favorite footwear quickly and safely. Our shipping process is designed to be transparent and efficient, ensuring you receive your "10mm Cloud Cushion" comfort without any hassle.
1. Shipping Areas & Costs
We provide nationwide home delivery across Bangladesh. The shipping charges are calculated based on your location:

Note: Shipping fees may vary slightly based on the weight of the package or the number of items ordered. The final cost will be visible on the Checkout page.
2. Delivery Timeline
We strive to process and ship your orders as fast as possible. Our standard timelines are:

Order Handling Time: 24 - 48 hours (Time taken to verify and pack your order).

Transit Time (Delivery Duration):

Inside Dhaka & Chittagong: 1 - 3 Business Days.

Outside Dhaka & Chittagong: 3 - 5 Business Days.

Note: Business days exclude Fridays and public holidays. Delivery may be slightly delayed during extreme weather conditions or unavoidable national circumstances.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive a Tracking Number (Consignment ID) via SMS or Email. You can use this ID on our courier partner's website to track your parcel's live status.
4. Delivery Methods

Home Delivery: Our trusted third-party courier partners will deliver the package directly to your doorstep.

Showroom Pickup: You can choose to pick up your order from any of our 3 MYRO showrooms (2 in Dhaka, 1 in Chittagong). Please select the "Showroom Pickup" option during checkout.
5. Order Verification
To ensure a secure transaction, our customer support team will place a Verification Call to your provided mobile number after you place an order. Your order will be processed only after successful verbal confirmation.
6. Undeliverable Packages (RTO)
If a customer provides an incorrect address/phone number or is unreachable after multiple delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse (Return to Origin). In such cases, the customer must bear the shipping charges again for a re-delivery request.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
